Piping refers to pipe laying, which is used for auxiliary circuit laying and wire protection during building construction or home appliance decoration.
Pipes are divided into exposed pipes and concealed pipes according to the laying method. Exposed piping is laid on the surfaces of walls and ceilings, trusses and supports; concealed piping is laid in walls, ceilings and floors. The exposed piping shall be arranged in order and the spacing between fixed points shall be uniform. The pipeline is generally laid horizontally or vertically along the building, and the allowable deviation is within 2m and 3mm. The total length shall not exceed 1/2 of the inner diameter of the pipe. When the pipeline is laid along the wall, column or roof truss, it shall be fixed with pipe clamp. Concealed piping is to lay the line pipe in the cast-in-situ concrete component. The pipe can be tied to the reinforcement with iron wire or nailed to the formwork, but the pipe shall be padded with cushion blocks and tied with iron wire. In addition to exposed and concealed piping, there are also ceiling, steel structure support, steel cable piping, buried laying, underwater laying, laying in masonry ditch, etc.

Rigid plastic pipe
Rigid plastic pipes are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications or places with corrosive media such as acid and alkali. When the exposed rigid plastic pipe passes through the floor and other places vulnerable to mechanical damage, it shall be protected by steel pipe; the rigid plastic pipes buried underground and the parts vulnerable to mechanical damage are also protected by steel pipes; rigid plastic pipes are not allowed to be used in places with high temperature and heat (such as boiler room), nor should they be laid in places vulnerable to mechanical damage.
Semi-rigid plastic pipe
Semi-rigid plastic pipes are only applicable to the lighting works of general civil buildings with six floors and below. It shall be laid in the gap between precast concrete slabs. When laying vertically from top to bottom, it shall be concealed in the reserved brick joint and troweled with cement mortar with a thickness of not less than 15mm. Semi-rigid plastic pipes shall not be laid on the floor plane, or in the interlayer of ceiling and retaining wall or strip wall.
Thin walled pipes are usually used for exposed laying in dry places, and can also be concealed in ceiling, plywood wall, wall and concrete layer.
Thick walled pipes are used for exposed laying in explosion-proof places or concealed laying in mechanical loading places, or directly buried in mud after anti-corrosion treatment. Galvanized pipes are usually used outdoors or buried in corrosive soil.
